Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Prices of Imported Wheat.

asked the Minister for Supplies if he will state (a) the highest price, (b) the lowest price, and (c) the average price paid c.i.f. for the wheat imported to date during 1941.

The highest c.i.f. price of wheat imported to date during 1941 was 84/7 per barrel (280 lbs.), the lowest c.i.f. price 30/11 per barrel, and the average c.i.f. price 65/9 per barrel

C.i.f. where?

Dublin. That would be the average at all ports.

Is the Minister giving c.i.f. price at Dublin, Lisbon or New York?

In this country.

Dublin. You paid 30/- c.i.f. Dublin?
