Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Cork Military Service Pension Claims.

asked the Minister for Defence if he will state (a) the number of applications received under the Military Service Pensions Act, 1934, from the City and County of Cork; (b) the number of such applications which were rejected as not coming within the Act; (c) the number of pensions granted for Cork City and County under the Act; (d) the number of cases still awaiting decision and the approximate date when all such cases will be finally disposed of; further, if he will state the names of recipients of pensions under the Military Service Pensions Act, 1934, for Cork City and County and the amounts awarded in each case.

A statement containing in so far as is practicable the particulars required by the Deputy is being prepared, and will be forwarded to him at an early date.
