Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Military Service Pensions.

asked the Minister for Defence if he will state the names of Ministers and Parliamentary Secretaries who are in receipt of military service pensions, and further, if he will state the amount of the pension, and the rank and period of service covered by the military service certificate issued in each case.

There are no Ministers and no Parliamentary Secretaries at present in receipt of military service pensions.

The following were granted service certificates under the Military Service Pensions Act, 1934, but pension is not payable in their cases having regard to the terms of Section 20 (1) of the Act:—
