Vol. 89 No. 18

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Repair of County Mayo Bog Road.

asked the Minister for Finance if he is aware that the road into the Cloonerneen bog (Earl of Lucan estate), near Cloona Castle, Ballinrobe, County Mayo, is in an extremely bad state, and that turf cut on that large bog cannot be drawn out; and whether, in order to make the supply there cut available for consumption this winter, he will cause this road to be repaired forthwith.

I have received no representations of the kind referred to regarding the road in question. I shall, however, have inquiries made, and inform the Deputy of the result, in due course.
