Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Central Bank Directors' Fees.

asked the Minister for Finance if he will state the amount of the remuneration payable to persons in the employment of the State in respect of fees as directors of the Central Bank; and the amount of such fees refunded to the State by such persons.

Persons in the employment of the State who are directors of the Central Bank receive the same remuneration as other directors, viz., £500 per annum. No part of the remuneration is surrender able to the State.
