Vol. 91 No. 15

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Paraffin Supply for Blacksmiths.

asked the Minister for Supplies if, in view of the increase in the amount of work that blacksmiths have to undertake as a result of the Compulsory Tillage Order, he will consider making available a ration of paraffin oil for night work.

I have given the fullest consideration to the kerosene requirements of blacksmiths, but, owing to the supply situation, I am not in a position to grant any special allowances in such cases.
