Vol. 91 No. 19

Order of Business.

It is proposed to take business on the Order Paper in the following order:—Nos. 4, 1, 2 and 3. I do not know what amount of time is likely to be required to deal with the business. It is hard for anybody to have a definite idea as to the time required for the first item. According to Standing Orders, sittings on Fridays should end at 2 o'clock. If the discussion on the first item were not finished by that time, it would be impossible to go ahead with the important item—

The Tánaiste referred, I assume, to item No. 4? There is no discussion as a rule on item No. 1.
