Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Division of Kildare Estates.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state what is the cause of the delay in dividing the More O'Ferrall estate at Kilmore, Ballyna, Moyvalley, County Kildare.

A scheme for the division of the lands on the More O'Ferrall estate is in course of preparation, but owing to shortage of staff the scheme has not yet been completed.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state what is the cause of the delay in dividing the remainder of the estate of Mr. Thomas Cleary at Fearvolla, Carbury, County Kildare.

The lands of Fearvolla, on the Cleary estate (Record No. S.8397), County Kildare, have been entirely allotted. The final allotment was made on the 7th April, 1943.
