I thank you, Sir. Does the Parliamentary Secretary think it is conducive to the interests of this country to allow industrial firms to bring up men from the western counties, where there is no labour available for agriculture, to take work in these areas, while on an average 12,000 men displaced by the curtailment of fuel are unemployed every day?
