Vol. 94 No. 10

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Invalided Army Officers and Soldiers.

asked the Minister for Defence whether he intends to make any provision for officers and soldiers invalided out of the Army by disease, as distinct from accident, during the period 1923-39.

It is not proposed to amend the Army Pensions Acts to make provision for ex-officers and soldiers who contracted disease while serving in the forces during the period 1st October, 1924, to 2nd September, 1939.
