Vol. 94 No. 13

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Harvest Bonus.

asked the Minister for Agriculture if, in view of the increase which has been effected in the price of cereals, and the fact that a harvest bonus was paid to farm workers during the world war (1914-1918), he will take steps to secure payment of a harvest bonus to all agricultural workers in respect of the present harvesting season.

I would refer the Deputy to my reply to his question of 14th December, 1943, concerning my functions and those of the Agricultural Wages Board in relation to the remuneration of agricultural workers.
