Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Claims for Disability Pension.

Mr. Corish

asked the Minister for Defence if a decision has yet been arrived at in connection with the claim of Dermot Jordan, Monbeg, Ballindaggin, Enniscorthy, County Wexford, for a disability pension.

Mr. Jordan's claim under the Army Pensions Acts is at present under consideration by the Army Pensions Board. He will be summoned to attend at St. Bricin's Hospital at an early date for medical examination by the board. When a decision has been reached Mr. Jordan will be notified immediately.

asked the Minister for Defence if a decision has yet been arrived at in connection with the claim of Nicholas Cullen (No. E/435146), Green'ake, Murrintown, County Wexford, for a disability pension.

Mr. Cullen's claim under the Army Pensions Acts is at present under consideration by the Army Pensions Board. He is being summoned to attend next week at St. Bricin's Hospital for medical examination by the board. When a decision has been reached Mr. Cullen will be notified immediately.

asked the Minister for Defence if a decision has yet been arrived at in connection with the application made by John Reynolds (No. E/431089) for a disability pension.

Mr. Reynolds' claim under the Army Pensions Acts is at present under consideration by the Army Pensions Board. He has been summoned to attend at St. Bricin's Hospital on the 28th instant for medical examination by the board. When a decision has been reached Mr. Reynolds will be notified immediately.
