Vol. 94 No. 13

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Ballyheigue (Kerry) Holding.

asked the Minister for Lands if he is aware that the distribution of the holding of the late Patrick Cashman (Junior), at Toadreagh, Ballyheigue, County Kerry (R. O. No. 85/2231, Folio 4208), has the consent of the owner; and, if so, if he will state when it is proposed to distribute these lands.

As Mrs. Cashman, executrix of the late owner of this estate, has offered part of the land of Toadreagh to the Land Commission it has been decided to have the entire lands on the estate inspected with a view to considering the question of their acquisition. At the present stage it is not possible to state if or when the lands will be divided.
