asked the Minister for Lands if he will give the reasons for taking no further action in the holding of Michael O'Toole on the Swift estate, Record No. S.5592, County Carlow, and why this decision, as conveyed by letter dated 5th April, 1944, to Mr. Joseph Byrne, secretary, County Carlow Land Settlement Association, was arrived at; and if he will cause reconsideration in this case.
