asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if he has caused representations to be made to Córas Iompair Éireann with a view to the reopening of the Mullingar-Cavan railway line and the Crossdoney-Killeshandra line at an early date; and, if not, if he will consider doing so, in view of the local importance of this matter to all concerned who are anxious to have both branch lines reopened as soon as possible.
