I move:—
That it is expedient to authorise such payments out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas as are necessary to give effect to any Act of the present session to amend the Unemployment Insurance Acts, 1920 to 1943, for the purpose of qualifying certain members of the Defence Forces on their return to civil life to receive unemployment benefit or out-of-work benefit.
