Harbours Bill, 1945—First Stage.
Leave granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to make further and better provision in relation to the membership of certain harbour authorities and to the management, control, operation and development of their harbours, to provide for the charging of rates by such harbour authorities, to make certain provisions in relation to pilotage authorities and to provide for other matters connected with the matters aforesaid (Minister for Industry and Commerce.)
