I would refer the Deputy to my reply of the 12th December last to Deputy Hughes's question in this matter. Since then, as the Deputy is aware, I have circulated a White Paper outlining the Government's proposals in regard to the dairying industry.
The final reports of the committee have been discussed with the Agricultural Production Consultative Council and I hope soon to be able to make a further announcement of policy in regard to matters dealt with in these reports.
