Vol. 104 No. 2

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Dredging of Howth Harbour.

asked the Minister for Finance if he is aware that Howth Harbour is badly in need of dredging, especially along the pier where the fishing boats berth and also outside the harbour; and if he will take the necessary steps to have the work carried out as soon as possible.

While it is not accurate to state that Howth Harbour is badly in need of dredging, a certain amount of dredging is desirable. It is hoped that it will be possible to have this carried out during the present year.
