Vol. 104 No. 2

Business of the Dáil.

It is proposed to take items 6 and 1 on the Order Paper. If that business be concluded before the end of the sitting, the remainder of the time will be devoted to Private Members' Business. As the Dáil will meet next Tuesday, I suggest that the order fixing the Second Stage of the Defence Forces (Temporary Provisions) Bill for Wednesday next be rescinded and that it be fixed for Tuesday, instead.

Agreed.

There is a motion on the Paper—No. 12—in connection with the Defence Forces. If the Minister has no objection, that could be discussed with the Bill.

Certainly.

For information, has it been definitely agreed that, on the motion for the Adjournment on Wednesday, time will be given for the Minister's statement on wheat?

I take it that 3½ hours will be given.

From about 6 o'clock or 7 o'clock.

The Chair is accepting Deputy Dillon's notice to raise a question on the Adjournment to-night.
