Vol. 106 No. 1

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Repair of Kerry Embankments.

asked the Minister for Lands if the Land Commission have yet come to a decision concerning the repair of the embankments in the townlands of Callinafercy East and West, County Kerry; and if not, if he will take steps to have the matter expedited.

I would refer the Deputy to the reply given to his question last November about this case. The Land Commission have not yet completed their consideration of the many issues involved in the repair of the River Maine embankments—to which I referred in that reply—but the whole matter has been and is receiving attention and a decision will be taken by the Land Commission as soon as possible.
