Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Acquisition of Galway Lands.

asked the Minister for Lands if the Land Commission propose to acquire the lands at Carracunlen, Caherlistrane, County Galway, the property of the late James Walsh (Record No. U.9747), which are at present untenanted.

There are no proceedings in hand for acquisition of these lands, but the Land Commission are having inquiries made in the matter.

asked the Minister for Lands if the Land Commission propose to acquire the untenanted lands of rctcr Monaghan, Bohercuil, Caherlistrane, County Galway.

The Land Commission are having inquiries made regarding the lands of Bohercuil held by Mr. Peter Monaghan.

asked the Minister for Lands whether, in view of the large number of uneconomic holdings in the Annaghdown area, Currandulla, County Galway, the Land Commission will acquire, for division, without delay, the lands of Francis J. Blake, Annaghdown House, Currandulla.

Proceedings have been instituted and are continuing for the acquisition of part of the lands of Annaghdown, Coteenty and Illaunaneel on the estate of the representatives of Francis J. Blake. There will be no avoidable delay.
