Having regard to the relatively short time which has elapsed since the vesting of cottages under the Act, I feel that consideration of this suggestion would, at this stage, be premature. The primary urgency is that of building new dwellings to meet the demand in urban and rural areas. I will, however, be prepared to examine the matter at some later date.
