Before we enter on questions, I would like to state that, irrespective of the number of questions on to-day's Order Paper, question time will cease at 4 o'clock. Questions not then reached may be repeated on other sitting days or, if Deputies are satisfied with written answers, the replies will appear in the Official Report. It is hoped with more frequent sittings that we will catch up on the questions in due time.
