Vol. 110 No. 13

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Daily Postal Delivery.

Mr. Maguire

asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs if he would consider arranging for a daily postal delivery in Drum village and district to replace the present alternate day delivery.

Drum village already gets a daily postal delivery. The arrangements in the neighbouring townlands, and in all other districts throughout the country where deliveries are now made only on three days each week, are being examined with a view to seeing what improvements can be made. Some considerable time will elapse, however, before the necessary survey can be completed.
