Vol. 110 No. 13

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Post Office Facilities.

asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs whether he is aware of the great hardship occasioned in Lisdoonan district, Carrickmacross, through lack of post-office facilities, and, if so, whether he will consider the establishment as soon as possible of a sub-post office there with telephone and money order facilities.

I have considered the question of establishing an office at Lisdoonan, but I regret that the amount of business likely to be transacted would not justify the expense involved.
