Vol. 115 No. 1

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - County Clare Limestone.

asked the Minister for-Agriculture if he is aware of the existence of large tracts of limestone in County Clare and if, in the initiation and general implementation of his land reclamation policy, he will bring this fact before individuals or companies who may be seeking limestone to grind for use in that scheme of fertilisation.

The existence of large limestone deposits in County Clare has already been brought to the notice of persons and firms interested in the production of ground limestone.
