The necessary preliminary steps in this case have been completed and a grant towards the cost of erecting the new school is being sanctioned by the Department.
It will now be necessary for the Commissioners of Public Works to prepare working drawings and specification with a view to inviting tenders, and while I am unable to state when the new building will be completed, there will be no avoidable delay in the matter.
