Will the Parliamentary Secretary state the reason, if any, why the greatest opportunity we have had for 28 years has been lost by not having a preliminary survey made of the River Suir during the past two or three months?
We are carrying out surveys in four or five different areas at the moment and the drainage scheme referred to by the Deputy is not high enough up on the list yet.
