Vol. 117 No. 9

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Tipperary Roads.

asked the Minister for Local Government if he is aware that there are numerous roads in the mountain areas of Tipperary which the local authority has refused to take over for maintenance, because they are less than 11 feet wide, and if it is his intention to introduce proposals for amending legislation to compel the local authority to take over and maintain such roads.

It is not my intention to introduce legislation as suggested by the Deputy.
