Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Pension Applications from County Cork.

asked the Minister for Defence if he will state (i) the number of applications for (a) disability pensions, and (b) military service pensions received from Cork County; (ii) the number of such pensions granted, to date; (iii) the names of recipients and the amount of pension in each case; (iv) the number of applications for (a) disability pensions, and (b) military service pensions which have been rejected, and (v) the number still undecided.

It is not possible from the records in my Department to furnish the particulars requested by the Deputy as indicated in (i) and (iv) in his question.

The particulars requested in (ii), (iii), and (v) are being prepared and will be forwarded to the Deputy at an early date.
