I have no power to reopen the claim under the Military Service Pensions Act, 1924, of Mr. Thomas Delarue, Clonlough, Mitchelstown. In the event, however, of the enactment of legislation which would permit of the reconsideration of cases such as his, Mr. Delarue will be afforded an opportunity of having his case reheard.
