A scheme for the erection of 76 flats is in progress at Irishtown Road and it is proposed in addition to erect 20 cottages there. Plans for the cottages have been approved.
I understand that the Dublin Corporation is negotiating for the acquisition of sites in the area which will accommodate over 100 further dwellings.
