Vol. 118 No. 7

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Improvement of Fermoy Hospital.

asked the Minister for Health whether he has received the report from the Hospitals Trust Commission on their recent inspection of Fermoy County Hospital; and, if so, whether he will state (a) when the improvements recommended by the North Cork Committee of Public Health and Assistance will be carried out; and (b) the amount of the grant which will be allocated for this purpose.

I expect to receive the report of the Hospitals Commission on this application very shortly. When I have considered the report I will convey my decision to the local authority on their proposals to carry out this work and on the application for a grant from the Hospitals Trust Fund.
