As I think the Deputy realises, the matter that he raises is one for the House itself—or for the two Houses—rather than for the Government or for any Minister. I would, therefore, suggest that he should arrange to have the matter raised, in the first instance, at a meeting of the Committee on Procedure and Privileges.
