Colohan, Record No. S. 9906, County Galway, lands of Ballyeighter, Doocreggaun and Cloghagalla, comprising 355 statute acres, have been completed; and, if so, whether a scheme for division is being prepared and when it is likely to be put into operation.

Proceedings have been instituted for the acquisition of the lands in question. It is not possible to state whether or when the lands will be acquired.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state whether proceedings to acquire the estate of Mr. John H. Howard, Record No. S. 8982, County Galway, lands of Abbeygormican, Gortmore and Eskerboy, comprising, approximately, 182 statute acres, have been completed; and, if so, whether a scheme for allocation has been prepared, and whether it will be put into operation this year.

As the proceedings in this case have not yet been completed, it is not possible to state when the lands will be allotted.
