Vol. 120 No. 10

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Dublin Post Office Building.

Mr. A. Byrne

asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs if he will state when it is proposed to remove the corrugated iron annexe to the Amiens Street Post Office and to erect a suitable building in keeping with the adjoining buildings.

The question of improving the accommodation provided in Dublin for letter and parcels sorting work generally is being studied at present and it is not possible to forecast the further development of the parcel office property at Amiens Street until the future uses of the property have been decided in the course of this examination.
