Vol. 120 No. 10

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Caherdaniel Water Scheme.

asked the Minister for Local Government if he is aware of the necessity of extending the Caherdaniel water scheme eastward along the main road so as to afford a convenient and satisfactory supply to at least seven householders scattered in the outskirts of the village in the direction indicated, and if he will ask the local authority to give this urgent need their immediate attention.

I have no information regarding this matter. The question of extending or providing a water supply is one in the first instance for the sanitary authority concerned. I shall have the Deputy's representations conveyed to the Kerry County Council.
