Vol. 121 No. 6

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Cottage Water Supply.

asked the Minister for Agriculture if he will consider making the scheme for water supplies to farm dwellings available to agricultural labourers who have purchased their cottages.

Agricultural labourers in rural areas who are in the rated occupancy of cottages that have been vested in them under the Labourers Act, 1936, may, in general, be deemed to be eligible to participate in the scheme of grants towards the cost of the installation of water supplies in farm dwellings.
