Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Price of Coal.

asked the Taoiseach if he will state the price of coal f.o.q. at the ports of Dublin, Limerick, Cork, and Galway.

I propose, with the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, to circulate in the Official Report a statement giving the information available.

Following is the statement:

The average prices (c.i.f.) per ton of coal imported into this country in October, 1950 at the ports of Dublin, Limerick, Cork and Galway were as follows:
