A preliminary report and plan for a regional water supply scheme based on the Owenboy River at Ballea have been submitted to the Department and are being examined. The scheme is proposed to serve Carrigaline, Passage West, Monkstown and certain other areas.
Will the Minister see that this matter is carried out and attended to in the Department as expeditiously as possible?
