Major de Valera

Is it correct to say that the decontrols in question were effected by ministerial Order?

Decontrols effected by ministerial Order?

Major de Valera

Yes. Any commodities to which the question refers and which were released from control.

Decontrol is effected by Order.

Major de Valera

Can the Minister at any time recontrol any of those commodities by order if he wishes?

It may depend on when they were decontrolled.
