Vol. 125 No. 10

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Price of Scrap Lead.

Major de Valera

asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if he will state whether the price of scrap lead is at present subject to price control; and, if so, what is the present controlled price for this commodity.

The price of scrap lead is controlled by the Scrap Lead (Maximum Prices) Order, 1947. The controlled price is £40 per ton delivered free on rail at any railway station appointed by the vendor.
