Vol. 126 No. 5

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Supplies of Sulphur.

asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if any measures have been taken to develop our sulphur deposits and to make supplies available.

Certain survey and exploratory work has been carried out on our deposits of sulphur-bearing materials, such as pyrites, gypsum and anhydrite, and the possibility of utilising these resources to the best advantage is being examined at present.
