Vol. 126 No. 8

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Soldiers' Ballot Papers.

asked the Minister for Defence whether ballot papers for the recent election were received from the returning officer for any constituency other than County Kildare by his record department for transmission to four members of the Defence Forces (names supplied); and, if so, whether they were delivered and on what date.

Ballot papers were not received from the returning officer for any constituency in respect of the four soldiers whose names were supplied separately by the Deputy.

The other parts of the question do not, therefore, arise.
