Vol. 126 No. 13

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Dublin Fruit and Vegetable Market.

asked the Minister for Local Government if he is aware that the Dublin fruit and vegetable market is totally unsuited, by reason of its restricted size, to modern traffic, and if further, in order to relieve the congestion which takes place on market mornings, he will recommend to Dublin Corporation the desirability of acquiring a suitable site in the vicinity for the construction of a market of such capacity as will meet the needs of County Dublin fruit and vegetable producers.

I would refer the Deputy to the reply given by me yesterday to a similar question in the name of Deputy Rooney.
