Vol. 126 No. 13

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Water Scheme for County Cork.

asked the Minister for Local Government if he will state what the present position is with regard to the proposed water scheme for Baltimore, County Cork, and when the undertaking is likely to commence.

It was suggested to the Cork County Council last April that a water supply scheme for Baltimore should be designed on the general lines outlined in a report prepared by their consulting engineer and submitted to the Department in March last. I am not aware what action has since been taken by the local authority in the matter.
