There is no standard definition of the land purchase code. The Land Law Acts, the Land Purchase Acts and the Congested Districts Board (Ireland) Acts are defined in Section 1, Land Law (Commission) Act, 1923, and Section 73 (3) of the Land Act, 1923, and comprise any subsequent legislation which has to be construed as one with such Acts.
