Vol. 127 No. 4

Order of Business.

It is proposed to take business as on the Order Paper: Items 5, 4 and 3 and, in Item 3, Vote 72. Private Deputies' Business will be taken at 9 o'clock.

Is the House to sit on Friday?

Not this week.

I ask permission to raise on the Adjournment the subject matter of Question No. 31, or, in the alternative, Question No. 32 on the Order Paper by reason of the unsatisfactory nature of the Minister's reply and his refusal to provide the information sought.

That will be considered in competition with the others of which notice has already been given.

Mr. O'Higgins

On last Thursday, I gave similar notice in relation to a question addressed to the Minister for Social Welfare. I understand that you ruled the matter in order and I should like to raise it on the Adjournment tonight.

Notification will be conveyed to the Deputy as to what matter will be raised on the Adjournment.
