Vol. 128 No. 3

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Military Service Pensions.

asked the Minister for Defence whether, in view of the delay in having I.R.A. pension claims investigated by the Military Pensions Board, he will state when the board will visit County Limerick.

In view of the very careful examination which claims under the Military Service Pensions Acts require, I do not consider that there is any undue delay in the investigation of such claims. The Referee and Advisory Committee and the Board of Assessors hope to be in a position to hold sessions in County Limerick during the spring of 1952.
